Terms of payment
The basis for calculation of Russian translation price in Alba Translation Agency is a page of the ORIGINAL text of 1,800 signs including spaces and punctuations or 250 words (original conditional page). If number of signs may not be calculated in the original (e.g., the original text is submitted as a graphic picture or the original text is submitted on paper) the basis for calculation of translation price is a page of the TRANSLATION text of 1,800 signs including spaces and punctuations (conditional page).
Russian translation rates
To enable us to provide you with a reliable and accurate quote, you are kindly requested to send us as much information as possible on your requirements (deadline, source and target languages, format of the documents, and of course, the text to be translated).We pride ourselves in always sending you an answer within 24 hours after receiving your data.In producing a quote, we will analyze your texts and will contact you with a precise offer.
Our standard payment method is direct bank transfer of funds. Our standard rates are calculated on this basis. We also accept alternative methods of payment, but in all cases it is the customer who will bear any transfer fees.
Our minimum charge for consecutive interpreting (both general and technical) is (e.g. half day rate). All Russian translation rates are plus travel/waiting expenses.
Deadline
We can guarantee that your deadline will be met. A rush charge of up to 50-100% may be applied for unusually rush orders (more than 2000 words a day) and for weekend work.
